As announced last month, we’ve teamed up with Diversity Works New Zealand to bring Founding Partners and Change Makers targeted unconscious bias training workshops in November for a discounted price.
Unconscious bias can undermine the many hours organisations invest in creating an inclusive culture. It prevents us from making objective decisions and can impact every facet of a business, from recruiting staff, to leadership effectiveness, communication, decision making and workplace interactions.
This training introduces the neuroscience behind unconscious bias and gives organisations strategies and processes that will mitigate its impact.
These workshops will be facilitated by Diversity Works New Zealand Diversity Facilitator, Hélène Deschamps – read more about Hélène here.
There are only 20 spots per training, so be sure to share this with your colleagues and lock in your spot for one of the locations and dates below! This offer is exclusively available to employees of our Founding Partner and Change Maker firms.
Auckland:
20 November
Wellington:
29 November
If you’re not a Founding Partner or Change Maker, you can still take unconscious bias training through Diversity Works New Zealand, though not at the exclusive discounted price. Visit the Diversity Works website for more information on training.
